Returns & Refunds

Hassle-Free Returns:

We want you to love your Amethyst Grace scarf! If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the purchase date to return it.

How to Return Your Item:

Step One：Contact Us: To initiate a return, email us at info@amethystgrace.co.uk and use the return form included in your delivery package.
Step Two：Return Your Item: Pack your unworn item carefully in its original packaging and obtain a Proof of Postage from the Post Office for added security in case of loss during return shipping.

Refunds and Replacements: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund or replacement status.

For Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, we’re happy to replace it (subject to stock availability).

Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, we’ll issue a full refund of the purchase price, minus the original postage cost.

Please Note: During peak seasons, such as Christmas, slight processing delays may occur. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from all return orders.
